How are my items delivered?
Items are sent via Royal Mail Second Class. Upgraded Express Shipping is available in the UK upon checkout.
Do you offer Gift Wrapping?
We don't offer a Gift Wrapping service but all of our orders come presented gift wrapped in tissue paper where possible.
Do you use sustainable packaging?
We use 100% recyclable tissue paper, tape and honeycomb wrap for our orders. If bubble wrap is required - this is always reused where we can.
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns for any personalised listings. Returns are accepted for items for non personalised items. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will assist in resolving this for you.
Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?
Yes we do, please contact us before ordering for a quote.
